According to Jason Clinton, the AI company's Chief Information Security Officer, these AI workers will significantly surpass the capabilities of current AI agents, which are limited to single tasks.

Clinton highlighted the myriad of unresolved security issues that accompany the deployment of AI employees. "In that world, there are so many problems that we haven't solved yet from a security perspective that we need to solve," he remarked. The access to sensitive business data and the potential for system breaches by AI workers were among the chief concerns he raised.

Key initiatives include ensuring the transparency of AI employees' actions and the development of a "new account classification system that better accounts for virtual employees."
