During his speech in Brussels, Smith outlined Microsoft's five "European digital commitments." Strengthening Trans-Atlantic Ties

Smith also highlighted the importance of trans-Atlantic relationships for mutual economic growth, noting the recent agreement between the Trump administration and the European Union to halt further tariff escalations in pursuit of a reciprocal trade agreement.
