Revenue Growth and Expenditure

The company's operational revenue climbed to Rs 5,833 crore in the January-March quarter, up from Rs 3,562 crore in the previous year's corresponding period. However, total expenditures reached Rs 6,104 crore during the review period, with the quick commerce venture Blinkit experiencing increased losses.

Strategic Acquisitions

Eternal Ltd completed the acquisition of Orbgen Technologies Pvt Ltd and Wasteland Entertainment Pvt Ltd, expanding its portfolio beyond food delivery into movies ticketing and events business. The total purchase consideration amounted to Rs 2,014 crore post adjustments.

Brand Continuity

Despite the corporate rebranding to Eternal, the food delivery service continues to operate under the beloved Zomato brand name and application, ensuring continuity for its vast user base.
