Supporting MSMEs and Addressing Industry Concerns

In a move to bolster Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the government announced the introduction of flatted factory sheds and plug-and-play facilities at subsidized rates. Additionally, Dr Reddy assured that land rates in plastic parks would remain unchanged until 50% occupancy is achieved, addressing concerns over escalating land prices around Hyderabad.

The conference also saw Anil Reddy Vennam, senior vice president of the All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association (AIPMA), advocate for a dedicated plastics recycling park and the allocation of 500 acres for TAAPMA-led initiatives, underscoring the industry's commitment to sustainable development.
