ExxonMobil Corp. announced its first fiscal quarter of 2025 results, showcasing a revenue of $83.1 billion, mirroring last year's figures. However, the net income saw a 6% decrease to $8 billion, with diluted earnings per share dropping 15% to $1.76.

CEO Darren Woods on Strategic Achievements and Future Projects

"Our first quarter earnings of $7.7 billion and $13.0 billion in cash flow from operations reflect the strength of our strategic decisions since 2019," stated CEO Darren Woods. He highlighted the company's efforts in cost reduction and operational optimization, which have bolstered earnings by approximately $4 billion. Woods also mentioned the commencement of 10 advantaged projects this year, expected to contribute over $3 billion in earnings by 2026.
