DoorDash and Deliveroo Join Forces in a Historic Deal

In a landmark agreement that reshapes the global food delivery landscape, DoorDash Inc. has announced its acquisition of Deliveroo Inc. for a staggering £2.9 billion. This all-cash transaction, priced at 180 pence per share, marks a significant milestone in the industry.

Endorsement from Deliveroo

Deliveroo has formed an Independent Committee to review the offer. With Goldman Sachs advising, the committee deemed the proposal "fair and reasonable" and intends to recommend that shareholders approve the deal.
