DoorDash and Deliveroo Join Forces in a Landmark Deal

In a groundbreaking move, DoorDash Inc. has agreed to acquire Deliveroo Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at £2.9 billion, or 180 pence per share. Endorsement from Deliveroo

Deliveroo has formed an Independent Committee to evaluate DoorDash's offer. With advice from Goldman Sachs, the committee deemed the proposal "fair and reasonable" and plans to recommend that shareholders approve the deal.
