Versant will include renowned cable networks such as USA, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Golf Channel. Additionally, it will oversee digital platforms like Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine, promising a diverse and dynamic portfolio.

Comcast's Retained Assets

While Versant embarks on its independent journey, Comcast will retain control over pivotal NBCUniversal assets. These include the main broadcast network, the Peacock streaming platform, Universal Studios, theme park operations, and Bravo, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.

Looking Ahead

The separation of Versant from Comcast is slated for completion by the end of 2025. With assets generating approximately $7 billion in revenue last year, Versant is poised to make a significant impact in the entertainment and digital landscape.
