Pakistan's Economic Management: India highlighted the Pakistani military's dominance in economic affairs, which undermines transparency and sustainable reform.

Recurring Financial Support: India pointed out that Pakistan has received IMF support in 28 of the past 35 years, raising questions about the effectiveness of such assistance.

Sponsorship of Terrorism: India firmly opposed providing funds to a country that continues to sponsor cross-border terrorism, warning of the reputational risks for global institutions.
