With a war chest of Rs 13,500 crore from QIP and operating cash flows, Godrej Properties is well-positioned to invest in land acquisition and project development to fuel its growth trajectory.

Geographical Diversification and Market Share

Highlighting a geographically well-distributed portfolio, the company has increased its market share to 4.3% in the tier-I residential market, valued at Rs 6.9 lakh crore in FY25. The upcoming projects in Worli, Mumbai, and Ashok Vihar, Delhi, are expected to be key drivers for meeting the FY26 sales target of Rs 32,500 crore.
