In a significant move to broaden its market presence, Fenesta, a leading producer of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors under the DCM Shriram group, has successfully acquired a 53% equity stake in DNV Global. This acquisition, valued at Rs 44 crore, marks a pivotal step in Fenesta's expansion strategy.

Investment Details

The transaction comprises Rs 31 crore in fresh equity and the purchase of Rs 13 crore worth of equity shares from existing promoters and shareholders, showcasing Fenesta's commitment to strengthening its portfolio through strategic investments.
