LTIMindtree's Historic Deal with ADM
In a groundbreaking move, LTIMindtree has clinched its largest deal to date, a whopping $450 million contract with Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), a global leader in food processing and nutrition. This seven-year partnership marks a significant milestone in LTIMindtree's journey towards becoming an AI-driven business model.

AI-Powered Transformation
Under this deal, LTIMindtree will deploy an AI-powered operating model to streamline ADM's application management, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity services. This initiative is designed to boost ADM's operational efficiency, scalability, and global expansion efforts.
Leadership and Compensation
The deal comes on the heels of LTIMindtree's recent $200 million contract and the approval of Venu Lambu's compensation package. Lambu, the CEO designate, is set to receive a fixed pay of GBP 850,000 and a variable pay of up to GBP 350,000, alongside other incentives, highlighting the company's commitment to rewarding performance and leadership.
Employee Remuneration Trends
Reflecting on the company's growth, the median employee remuneration saw a 24.4% increase last fiscal year, with global salary adjustments averaging 4.1%. This underscores LTIMindtree's focus on fostering a rewarding work environment.
