Strategic Partnership to Empower Indian Farmers

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), the world's largest processed fertiliser cooperative, has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Foundation for Development of Rural Value Chains (FDRVC). This partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to empower Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across India by providing them access to innovative and sustainable agricultural inputs.

Enhancing Agricultural Yields with Advanced Technologies

Under this agreement, IFFCO will supply advanced Nano Fertilisers, Bio-stimulants, Specialty Fertilisers, and organic products to FPOs associated with FDRVC. This initiative is expected to benefit over 800 FPOs and one million farmers nationwide, enhancing agricultural yields and supporting sustainable, climate-resilient farming practices.

Commitment to Farmer Education and Distribution

FDRVC will leverage its extensive network to ensure efficient distribution and farmer education on these agricultural inputs. The collaboration aims to strengthen FPOs' institutional capabilities, promoting their development as sustainable rural enterprises.
