Record-Breaking Performance Post-Demerger
ITC Hotels has marked a historic milestone in its first quarter following its demerger from the ITC Group, reporting its highest ever revenue and profit. The Jan-March 2025 quarter saw a revenue of Rs 1,017 crore, a 17% increase from the previous year, and a profit of Rs 264 crore, up by 44%.

Strategic Growth and Expansion
With a focus on an 'asset-right' strategy, ITC Hotels has signed 54 properties and opened 30 hotels across various brands in the last 24 months. This strategy emphasizes partnerships with asset owners to reduce capital intensity while leveraging brand strength and operational expertise.
The company is also expanding into Tier 2 and 3 cities, tapping into the growing demand for premium hospitality services. With a pipeline of 50 hotels and over 4,500 keys, ITC Hotels aims to operate 220 hotels with more than 20,000 keys by 2030.
Strong Demand Across Segments
Room revenues have shown robust growth, supported by strong performances in retail, contracted stays, weddings, and crew accommodations. The average daily rate stood at about Rs 12,500 with an occupancy rate of 73%. Food and beverages revenue also saw significant growth, particularly in banqueting and event catering segments.
