Bank of India Reduces Savings Deposit Rate

MUMBAI: In a move that mirrors actions by its peers, the state-owned Bank of India announced a reduction in its savings deposit rate by 0.25% to 2.5% on Monday.

The bank also adjusted the interest rates on green deposits, highlighting that a 999-day deposit will now yield 6.7%, down from the previous 7%.
