Strategic Investments and Stake Distribution

Following the Reserved Capital Increase and rights issue, the French state will hold a 29.6% stake, with Bharti Space, the UK government, CMA CGM, and FSP holding 17.8%, 10.9%, 7.5%, and 4.9%, respectively. Bharti Space currently owns over 24% of Eutelsat.

Global Call for Investment

French President Emmanuel Macron has urged other nations, including India, to join France in this venture, highlighting the strategic importance of satellite communications in today's global market.
