Consumer intelligence powerhouse NIQ Global Intelligence plc has officially filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), eyeing a staggering valuation of up to $7.08 billion. This move was confirmed through a recent filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

IPO Details and Financial Ambitions

Based in Chicago and supported by heavyweight investors Advent International and KKR, NIQ is set to offer 50 million ordinary shares. Priced between $20 to $24 per share, the company aims to raise around $1.2 billion. The shares will make their market debut under the ticker symbol "NIQ." Leading the charge, underwriters including JP Morgan, Barclays, and BofA Securities have the option to buy an additional 7.5 million shares within the first 30 days.
