The company's headcount saw a reduction of 622 employees sequentially, bringing the total to 79,987. This move is part of Tech Mahindra's workforce optimization strategy in response to subdued demand. Additionally, utilization rates have slipped to 85%, while attrition rates have risen to 12.6%.
