In a significant leadership change, Jeffrey Levin has stepped down as CEO of Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (MSDL), effective immediately, according to a recent SEC filing.

The Board of Directors has named Michael Occi, the current President, as the new CEO. The filing clarified that Levin's resignation was "not the result of any disagreement with the Company."
