Pavel Durov, the visionary behind Telegram, endured a grueling 10-hour questioning session in a Paris courthouse, as reported by local media this Monday. This marks his third court appearance since facing charges related to facilitating organized crime through his platform.

Legal Restrictions Eased for Durov

Initially barred from leaving France, Durov saw a slight relaxation in his judicial controls at the beginning of July. This adjustment permits him to spend limited periods, not exceeding two weeks at a time, in the United Arab Emirates, offering him some respite amidst ongoing legal battles.
