Adani Total Gas Reports Decline in Net Profit

NEW DELHI: Adani Total Gas has announced an 8% decrease in its net profit for the June quarter. This downturn is attributed to the reduced supply of cheaper domestically produced gas, which has led to higher input prices.

The company's net profit stood at Rs 162 crore, down from Rs 177 crore in the same period last year, as per the official statement. The cost of natural gas witnessed a significant 31% increase, reaching Rs 1,049 crore during the quarter.
