Arm Holdings plc has announced a significant 12% increase in its first-quarter revenue for 2026, reaching $1.05 billion. This growth is compared to the same period in the previous year, showcasing the company's robust performance in the tech industry.

Financial Performance Highlights

The company reported GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.12 for the quarter ending March 31, a decrease of 43% from $0.21 in Q1 2025. Net income also saw a decline, dropping 42% to $130 million from $223 million the previous year.

CEO's Vision for AI and Market Response

"Arm is powering AI workloads everywhere with unmatched performance and energy efficiency," stated CEO Rene Haas. He emphasized Arm's role as the preferred AI platform across various markets, from cloud computing to edge devices. Despite the positive revenue news, Arm's shares experienced a 4.89% drop in after-hours trading, settling at $155.34 per share.
