Qualcomm Inc. has announced a notable 10% increase in its third-quarter revenue for fiscal 2025, reaching $10.4 billion. This performance slightly surpassed analysts' expectations and marked a significant improvement over the same period last year.

Profitability on the Rise

The company's net income witnessed a 25% year-on-year growth, totaling $2.7 billion. Additionally, diluted earnings per share (EPS) experienced a 29% annual increase, settling at $2.43.

Leadership's Vision

CEO Cristiano Amon highlighted the quarter's success, attributing it to the robust growth in QCT Automotive and IoT revenues. "Our diversification strategy and leadership in AI processing, high-performance computing, and advanced connectivity set us apart as the preferred industry platform," Amon stated.

Market Reaction

Despite the positive results, Qualcomm's stock dipped by 4.53% in after-hours trading to $151.85, following the company's fourth-quarter revenue forecast, which ranged between $10.3 billion and $11.1 billion, slightly below market expectations.
