Coinbase Global Inc. unveiled its second-quarter financial results for fiscal 2025, showcasing a revenue of $1.5 billion. This marks a 3% increase compared to the previous year, albeit slightly below what analysts had forecasted.

Net Income and Earnings Per Share See Significant Growth

The quarter ending June 30 saw a net income leap to $1.4 billion, a substantial rise from $36.2 million in the same period in 2024. Diluted earnings per share also experienced a dramatic increase, reaching $5.14 up from $0.14 year-over-year.

Subscription and Services Revenue Highlights

"We delivered solid financial results in Q2," the company stated. Subscription and services revenue hit $656 million, attributed to growth in USDC balances, staked native units, and record-high Prime Financing balances. Additionally, Coinbase reported achieving an all-time high market share for crypto assets on its custody platform.
