Starrs comes to Harley-Davidson with an impressive track record from Topgolf International, Inc., where he was instrumental in driving global expansion and boosting annual revenues from $1.1 billion to $1.8 billion. His previous roles include Global CEO of Pizza Hut and executive positions at Yum! Brands and Rave Cinemas, showcasing his expertise in franchise-driven businesses and brand development.

A New Era Begins

Taking over from Jochen Zeitz, who will continue as a senior advisor until February 2026, Starrs is set to build on the company's recent strategic shifts and the successful execution of its five-year plan under Zeitz's leadership.
