Trucking platform BlackBuck has reported a significant 56% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching Rs 144 crore for the June quarter. This growth is attributed to strong performance in both its core payments and telematics business, as well as newer segments like SuperLoads.

Financial Highlights and Growth Drivers

Net profit rose to Rs 33.7 crore, up from Rs 28.7 crore the previous year. Total income saw a 62% increase to Rs 160 crore, with adjusted Ebitda nearly tripling to Rs 47.2 crore. The company credits this improvement to operating leverage and expansion into new business lines.

Segment-Wise Performance

The core payments and telematics segment, accounting for the majority of revenue, grew 41% to Rs 120 crore. Meanwhile, growth businesses, including SuperLoads, surged over 250% to Rs 23 crore.

Looking Ahead

BlackBuck is focusing on investing in its platform and expanding its physical touchpoints, now exceeding 10,000 across 80% of India’s districts. The company's rebranding from Zinka Logistics Solutions to BlackBuck Limited marks a new chapter in its growth story.
