European aviation leader Airbus SE has reported a significant 6% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching €13.5 billion for the first quarter of fiscal 2025. This growth underscores the company's robust performance amidst global supply chain challenges.

Net Income and EPS Show Remarkable Growth

The company's net income witnessed a substantial 33% surge to €793 million, with earnings per share (EPS) also climbing by 33% to €1.01, compared to the same period in the previous year.

CEO Comments on Q1 Achievements and Future Plans

"Our Q1 results reflect the strides we're making across all business priorities. Despite the anticipated backloaded delivery profile due to supply chain hurdles, we're on track with our production ramp-up," stated Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury.
