Airbus Announces Strong Q1 2025 Financial Results
European aviation leader Airbus SE has reported a notable 6% increase in revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2025, reaching €13.5 billion. This growth underscores the company's resilience and strategic execution in a challenging supply chain environment.
Significant Growth in Net Income and EPS
The company's net income witnessed a substantial 33% surge to €793 million, with earnings per share (EPS) also climbing by 33% to €1.01, compared to the same period in the previous year.
CEO Comments on Progress and Challenges
"Our Q1 results reflect the steady progress across our operational priorities. Despite the anticipated backloaded delivery profile due to ongoing supply chain challenges, we are on track with our production ramp-up," stated Guillaume Faury, Airbus Chief Executive Officer.
