Dixon Technologies and Inventec: A Powerhouse Collaboration

Dixon Technologies, under the leadership of Sunil Vachani, has entered into a joint venture with Taiwanese Inventec. This partnership focuses on the manufacturing of notebook PCs, servers, and desktop PC products, including components. Dixon holds a 60% equity stake, promising to leverage its operational efficiency alongside Inventec's technological expertise.

"This joint venture is a milestone for Dixon, marking our entry into the high-growth segments of notebooks and servers," said Atul B Lall, vice chairman of Dixon.

Optiemus and ASRock: Pioneering Motherboard Manufacturing in India

Optiemus Electronics has partnered with Taiwan's ASRock to manufacture motherboards in India. "This partnership is a step towards realizing our vision of cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities in India," stated Ashok Gupta, group chairman of Optiemus.
