New Delhi: A Step Towards Greater Transparency in Food Businesses
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a directive requiring all food business operators, including restaurants and dhaba owners, to prominently display their licenses on their premises. This move aims to enhance consumer trust and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

In addition to the license display, operators are also instructed to showcase a QR code linked to a mobile application designed for lodging complaints. The FSSAI has assured that all grievances will be promptly directed to the relevant jurisdictional authorities for swift resolution.
