Unemployment in Spain Sees Marginal Decrease in July

According to the latest report from Spain's Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, the number of unemployed individuals in Spain experienced a slight monthly decline of 0.06%, equating to 1,357 fewer people in July. This brings the total number of unemployed to 2,404,606. On a year-on-year basis, unemployment has decreased by a more significant 5.71%, or 145,631 individuals.

Sector-Wise Analysis Reveals Varied Trends

Breaking down the figures by economic sectors, the most notable decrease was observed in agriculture, with a 0.78% drop. This was followed by industry, which saw a 0.22% reduction, and the services sector, where unemployment fell by 0.12%.
