Transforming Chiang Mai into a Global Art Tourism Destination
Wallapa Traisorat, CEO and President of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), has announced a groundbreaking investment to develop the 'Lannatique' project in Chiang Mai. This initiative aims to blend the traditional Lanna lifestyle with contemporary culture, creating a unique 'The Heart of Lanna Art Movement' concept.

Project Overview and Investment
AWC is investing over 8.5 billion baht in the Lannatique project, with a total investment reaching approximately 11.95 billion baht including land acquisition. The development is scheduled to launch its first phase in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking a significant milestone in Chiang Mai's cultural and tourism landscape.

Key Components of Lannatique
The project is divided into three main areas: Lannatique Kalare, Lannatique Bazaar, and Lannatique Market. Each area is designed to showcase the rich art, culture, and history of the Lanna civilization through modern interpretations and innovative experiences.

Enhancing Chiang Mai's Tourism Infrastructure
In addition to the retail and hotel components, the project includes the 'Chiang Mai Tram by Lannatique,' Thailand’s first electric rubber-tyred tram, aimed at promoting sustainable tourism and reducing urban traffic congestion.

Commitment to Sustainable and Innovative Tourism
AWC's investment not only highlights its commitment to preserving Lanna heritage but also its dedication to innovative and sustainable tourism practices, setting a new standard for cultural tourism in Thailand.
