The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has released its July monthly report, maintaining its forecast for global gross domestic product (GDP) growth at 2.9% in 2025 and 3.1% in 2026. This projection, unchanged from May and June, is based on the "healthy growth" observed in the world's economy during the first half of the year.

United States: OPEC anticipates a growth rate of 1.7% in 2025 and 2.1% in 2026. Japan: The forecast stands at 1.0% in 2025, slightly decreasing to 0.9% in 2026. Eurozone: Expected to grow by 1.0% in 2025 and 1.1% in 2026. China: Projected to lead with 4.6% in 2025 and 4.5% in 2026. India: Shows robust growth with 6.5% in both years. Brazil: Forecasted at 2.3% in 2025 and 2.5% in 2026. Russia: Expected to grow by 1.8% in 2025, then dip to 1.5% in 2026.
