India's Demographic Advantage

With 65% of its population under 35, India stands at the forefront of addressing global skill shortages. The International Monetary Fund predicts that by 2050, developing nations will contribute two-thirds of new global workforce entrants, positioning India as a "global employment epicenter."

Challenges Within India's Labor Ecosystem

Despite its demographic advantage, India grapples with under-qualification and low formal skill training. Less than half of Indian graduates are employable, and only 4.4% of the workforce has formal vocational training, hindering the country's ability to fully leverage its potential.
