Innovative Learning Techniques

Krafton's proprietary 'wrong-answer review learning' method addresses previous model limitations by comparing correct answers to previously incorrect ones during training, significantly boosting inference accuracy and efficiency. SK Telecom's contribution in data validation and model training infrastructure has been pivotal in ensuring the models' quality and stability.

Future Applications and Goals

Looking ahead, Krafton aims to leverage these models for game-specific AI applications, including gameplay analysis and strategic decision-making. The company also plans to develop various sizes of large language models (LLMs) to foster a Korean-style AI technology ecosystem.

Lee Kang-wook, head of deep learning at Krafton, emphasized, "This partnership showcases our global capability in large-scale language model development, with plans to extend our AI technology across multiple industries."

Kim Ji-won of SK Telecom highlighted the collaboration's role in advancing towards a sovereign AI strategy, promising continued contributions to AI technological sovereignty.

Contributing to National AI Initiatives

Krafton's involvement in the Ministry of Science and ICT's 'Independent AI Foundation Model' project, as part of an SK Telecom-led consortium, underscores its commitment to pioneering AI development.
