Italy's Trade Surplus in June

Italy's trade surplus for June was reported at €5.4 billion, showing a decrease from May's €6.2 billion but an increase from €5.1 billion in June 2024, according to the National Institute of Statistics (Istat). Excluding energy, the surplus was even more significant at €9.3 billion.

Annual Export and Import Trends

On an annual basis, exports saw a 4.9% increase in monetary terms and a 0.8% rise in volume. Meanwhile, imports experienced a 4.8% growth in monetary terms and a 2.6% increase in volume compared to the previous year.
