The Adani Group has taken a significant step forward in the maintenance repair overhaul (MRO) space by acquiring a 100% stake in Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd (ITPL), marking its second major acquisition in the sector after Air Works.

Located in Nagpur's MIHAN special economic zone, ITPL's facility spans 30 acres with the capacity to accommodate 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars. This acquisition is part of Adani's vision to establish India as a premier global MRO destination, offering services like lease return checks and heavy c-checks to both Indian and global customers.

Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports, emphasized the group's commitment to building an integrated aviation services ecosystem. With Indian carriers set to induct over 1500 aircraft in the coming years, Adani aims to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of India's skies.
